Track Your Order

Thank you for placing your order with us. Shipping information will be available the day after your item has shipped. In most cases products will be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Please enter your e-mail address and your order number (Order ID) received in your confirmation e-mail.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. All orders placed on the Weekend or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days and cannot find your tracking information online, please email us at order@toppower.co.uk so we can check on the status of your order.

While we take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, sometimes items get damaged in shipment. If you should have any problems with your order please email us at order@toppower.co.uk.

During opening hours, our Sales Team are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have and take your order over the phone. All you need to know is the name of the product and its part number that you want to buy (e.g. IBM ThinkPad X30, X31 Series Laptop Battery [Product ID: UK.GB.820NIB037]), how you are going to pay for it (e.g., credit card or check), and where you want it shipped. We will take care of the rest.
